This is my favorite ornament this year. We bought it at McMenamin's Grand Lodge right before we moved as a souvenir to remember living in Forest Grove. We had a great time decorating the tree last night. All the ornaments start at about three feet high to keep Marcus away from them, but the tree is still beautiful.

How fun that you're already decorated. That's our plan for Sunday. We wanted to make a tradition of buying a Christmas ornament every big trip we went on, but some places you just can't find them! I'm sure Madelyn will be a terror this year too. It's just too tempting for these little kids. We bought shatter-proof ornaments.
I have some ornaments that are plastic or fabric that I put at the bottom of the tree every year.
I think I'll put up the gate to keep Vincent out of the Living Room soon too.
I don't think I'm going to set up my tree until next Saturday because our they want to borrow trees for our ward party next Friday. (I'm thinking that they can get mine to look like a tree instead of a box if I let them set it up first. Maybe.)
